19th June 2020 - Store Update

We are pleased to announce that our remaining stores in Basildon and Romford have now re-opened! Please see our stores page for their opening hours.

Please be aware some of the opening times may vary from those displayed due to shopping centre restrictions so please call us before travelling.

 

8th June 2020 - Store Update

We are very happy and excited to announce that selected stores will be re-opening from Monday, 15th of June. The stores to re-open are:

- Birmingham
- Bluewater
- Lakeside
- Westfield London
- Westfield Stratford City

Opening hours may have changed, click here for more information (will be updated on the 15th).

We are putting protocols in place to protect our customers and staff, working with government guidelines alongside directives from the shopping centres. We ask that when in stores, please respect social distancing advice as much as possible.

22nd March 2020 - Coronavirus/COVID-19 Update

To all our customers,

Following clear Government directives we have decided to close our stores from 5.00pm today, Sunday 22nd March. The closures will be temporary and the duration uncertain. I have no doubt that this is the correct thing to do, and we will continue to support all our store staff during this difficult time.

Our website remains fully operational and open for business, and as we work from our own warehouse I can re-assure all our customers of our total commitment to maintain the highest standards, both in terms of hygiene and offering flexible delivery options (non-contact).

Also in these difficult times, we realise that you may not be able to return any items back to us within our regular returns window. We have listened and are extending our returns period to support you, so for any orders placed after the 16th of February, you have until you can next safely return to us. Please call or email our customer service department (click here) and we will put a note on your order.
